The slide first fills with liquid red dye under chewing pressure from a dental Brush/floss'n'chew foam gum strip that absorbs and expels a saliva mix.
Chewing a white barium sulphate sealant tablet with the foam strip forces the saliva mix inside the glass slide under chewing pressure.
X-rays show barium sulphate trapped insde grooves like food. Chewing most foods, toothbrushing and mouthwash cannot remove the sealant.
